Major Trauma Improvement Forum
The purpose of the Major Trauma Improvement Forum (MTIF) is to hear from major trauma patients, their families and carers, and patient groups, as well as frontline professionals and relevant organisations, about their experiences and suggestions for improvements to major trauma care. The MTIF website supports this process by providing a space where users of the site can access information about major trauma and take part in a programe of activities and online discussion.

The structure encourages users to engage and comment on the website's content
Forum encourage users to have a conversation around the topics raised.
We provided:
- Website Design - from mockups to support the bid, to site design, to online communication materials such as email templates and banners
- Branding within an existing brand
- Software Development - prototyping, a CMS, forums, polls, response collection and collation and a data mining interface
- Full system documentation and training
Client: Gaming VC
Gaming VC is an online gaming operator. We worked with them to review the software and systems of a company that they had acquired. We reviewed their current systems architecture and hosting. We then made detailed recommendations for how they could improve their systems architecture (both software and hardware), processes and team structure to deliver a reliable, scalable website available worldwide.
We provided:
- IT Consultancy - including systems architecture review, code review, and recommendations for future improvements.
